Who we are
This website, https://naevo-consulting.com, is run by Naevo Labs SRL (CUI 51573088), based in Brașov, Romania.
Naevo Labs SRL has two roles under the GDPR. It is the controller for the personal data of visitors to this website and of people who contact us directly. When it runs AI agents for its business clients, it acts as a processor on behalf of each client, who remains the controller (see “Our AI agent services” below).
What this website collects
You can browse this website without giving us any personal data. The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and has no forms. Its fonts, images and scripts are all served from this domain, so your browser doesn’t contact any third party while you read it.
Server logs
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages receives some technical data with each request, such as your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for. Our hosting provider uses this data only to deliver the site and keep it secure, and keeps it for a limited time.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, message us on WhatsApp or write to us on Facebook, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. We use them only to reply to you and, if we work together, to provide our services. WhatsApp and Facebook are run by Meta, which processes your messages under its own privacy policy.
Our AI agent services
Naevo Labs builds and operates AI agents for business clients, including WhatsApp agents (through Meta) and voice agents (through VAPI). As part of these services, we may process data such as phone numbers, the content of messages or conversations, and appointment details.
For these services, Naevo Labs acts as a processor on behalf of the client, who remains the controller of the data. Providers such as Meta/WhatsApp and VAPI may act as sub-processors. The details of each project, including the categories of data, the security measures, the list of sub-processors and each party’s responsibilities, are set out in a separate data processing agreement (DPA) with each client, which takes precedence over this general policy for that project.
If you are a customer of a business that uses a Naevo agent, contact that business (the controller) first about your data rights.
International transfers
Some of our providers (for example Meta or VAPI) may process data outside the European Union. In those cases, we rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
Links to other websites
This site links to other websites, such as Trustpilot, Facebook, WhatsApp and our clients’ sites. Nothing loads from them until you click a link. Once you do, their own privacy policies apply.
How long we keep your data
We keep correspondence only as long as we need it to answer you, to deliver work we’ve agreed on, or to meet our legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email us at info@naevo-consulting.com or use the details on our contact page.
You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll publish the new version on this page with a new date.
